How to ask for a refund

1. Reply to the receipt email you got after paying, or write to nat@nataliahendler.com.
2. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us that address, so we can find your order.
3. That's it. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

• We process refunds within 2 business days of your request.
• The money goes back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
• You get the full amount you paid. We don't charge any refund fee.
• After a refund, your download link stops working.

After 7 days

Because the book is a digital file that you can download right away, refunds are not available after 7 days from the purchase date. If something is wrong with your file (it won't open, pages are missing) at any time, write to us and we'll fix it or send a new copy.

Charged twice or by mistake?

If you were charged more than once for the same order, write to us and we'll refund the extra charge, whatever the date.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
