Download problems

After paying, you're taken to your download page, and we email you the same link. If you can't find the email (check spam too), write to us and we'll send it again.
The book is a PDF. It opens in any browser and in free apps like Apple Books, Google Play Books or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
On a phone, if the file doesn't open, try the "Share" or "Open in" option and pick one of those apps.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows NATS PROTEIN PICKS. Prices are in US dollars (R$ 49,90 when paying from Brazil); your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
