These terms apply when you buy Nat's Protein Picks (the "book") on nataliahendler.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Please read them, they're short.
1. Who sells the book
The book is sold by Lucas Francozo Bataglia ME (CNPJ 34.810.346/0001-77), São Carlos, SP, Brazil ("we"). Contact: nat@nataliahendler.com.
2. What you get
A digital cookbook in PDF format with the content described on the sales page. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything we charge; customers paying from Brazil are charged in Brazilian reais (R$ 49,90). Your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. Once it's confirmed, you're taken to your download page and can download the PDF right away; we also email you the link. Keep a copy on your device. If you lose access, write to us and we'll send your link again.
4. Your license to use the book
- You may download, read and print the book for your own personal, non-commercial use, on any of your devices.
- You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the file or its content, in whole or in part, or use it to train or feed automated systems.
- Each recipe is adapted and rewritten from a published recipe whose source is credited in the book. The text, layout and nutrition calculations of the book are protected by copyright.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, as described in our refund policy. After a refund, your license to use the book ends and your download link stops working.
6. Health and food safety
- The book is a cookbook for general information. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and doesn't replace advice from a qualified professional.
- Nutrition values are estimates calculated from USDA FoodData Central data for the ingredients listed. Actual values vary with brands, portions and preparation.
- Check every ingredient for allergens and follow safe food handling and cooking temperatures.
- Photos are illustrative; your dish may look different.
7. Our responsibility
We work to make the book accurate and the file free of defects. If the file is defective, we'll replace it or refund you. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for results from preparing the recipes, and our total liability for any claim related to the book is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
